it begins...
While on lockdown during a global pandemic,
we discovered how to get our necessities
delivered, including the wine.
With deliveries comes packaging and it started to pile up.
My imagination kicked in.
creative resiliency + love of planet = something beautiful
A case of wine arrives...
And then a question...
What to do with all the packaging?
Recycle? Reuse?
THEN, I HAD
AN IDEA.
I will turn the packing cardboard into pulp!
After some whooshing and mixing,
I am ready to start creating!
I begin with silicone molds along with different forms to create bowls, gems and pendant lights.
A LOT of sanding and trimming is followed by sealing and varnishing to get ready for the final products.
